Atlantic Beach, Florida
Agreement
Before we make or finalize travel arrangements on your behalf, you are required to review and accept these Terms & Conditions.
By submitting payment, electronically signing, or otherwise confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions and are entering into a contract for travel-related services with April Adventures Travel, Atlantic Beach, Florida.
Role of April Adventures Travel
April Adventures Travel acts solely as a professional travel advisor and booking agent for third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, and other service suppliers (“Suppliers”).
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, financial condition, performance, or failure of any Supplier, including schedule changes, delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, weather events, or failure to provide services or refunds.
All services are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations imposed by the respective Suppliers.
Travel Documents & Accuracy
You are responsible for carefully reviewing all itineraries, confirmations, tickets, and travel documents upon receipt and notifying us promptly of any discrepancies.
Traveler names must exactly match government-issued identification. Failure to provide accurate information or to review documents in a timely manner may result in denied boarding or loss of services, for which April Adventures Travel cannot be held responsible.
Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you and all members of your traveling party possess valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other documentation required for entry, exit, or transit through any destination.
Many countries require passports to be valid for six (6) months or more beyond travel dates. Some destinations impose restrictions based on criminal history or health status.
April Adventures Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, entry, transit, or delays resulting from improper, expired, or insufficient documentation.
Identification, Citizenship & Cruise Requirements
Cruise lines and other Suppliers require registration forms to be completed for each traveler.
We can assist with this process provided required documentation such as passport details, emergency contacts, dietary needs, and special requests is supplied in a timely manner.
Failure to submit required information may delay documents or result in denied embarkation.
Airfare
When airfare is provided by a cruise line, the cruise line controls airline selection, routing, schedules, and gateway cities.
Flight details are typically released 15–30 days prior to departure and seat assignments are not guaranteed. April Adventures Travel will assist with seat requests when possible; any associated fees are the traveler’s responsibility.
If you wish to control routing, airlines, seat assignments, or schedules, an airfare deviation may be requested at additional cost and is subject to cruise line or airline rules.
April Adventures Travel is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, missed connections, baggage issues, equipment changes, or schedule modifications.
Name Changes
Name changes, including corrections, misspellings, or traveler substitutions, are subject to Supplier approval and may incur penalties, particularly within ninety (90) days of departure.
April Adventures Travel is not responsible for Supplier-imposed fees, penalties, or denied requests related to name changes.
Cabin Guarantees (Cruises)
Guarantee (“GTY”) cabins secure a minimum category or higher at the cruise line’s discretion.
Final cabin assignments may occur at documentation or at embarkation. April Adventures Travel cannot guarantee upgraded placements and is not responsible for final cabin assignments made by cruise lines.
Changes, Cancellations & No-Shows
Changes to cruise dates, ships, or itineraries are typically treated as cancellations and rebookings and may be subject to Supplier penalties.
All cancellations and no-shows are subject to the cancellation policies of the applicable Supplier. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
We strongly encourage reviewing Supplier cancellation policies prior to making any changes.
Fees & Pricing
All planning, ticketing, and service fees charged by April Adventures Travel are non-refundable.
If a Supplier lowers pricing after booking, we will assist with repricing if permitted by the Supplier; repricing is not guaranteed.
Travel arrangements may be subject to Supplier or government-imposed price increases after booking. You authorize your form of payment for such increases.
Promotions typically apply to new bookings only and may not be retroactive.
Airline Ticketing Rules
Airline tickets are governed by carrier rules.
Certain ticketing practices, including hidden-city, back-to-back, or unused segments, are prohibited by airlines and may result in itinerary cancellation or forfeiture of frequent-flyer benefits.
April Adventures Travel cannot override airline enforcement decisions.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or supplier insolvency.
No representation by April Adventures Travel constitutes a guarantee of coverage or claim approval.
Assumption of Risk
Travel involves inherent risks beyond the control of April Adventures Travel, including weather, health concerns, pandemics, supplier performance, governmental actions, civil unrest, or unforeseen events.
By choosing to travel, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Credit Card Payments
When April Adventures Travel processes payments, we act as an intermediary, collecting funds on your behalf and remitting them to Suppliers.
If a Supplier fails to provide services, your recourse is with that Supplier directly. We recommend using a credit card to access additional consumer protections.
Privacy Policy
April Adventures Travel collects personal information solely to provide travel planning services, process bookings, communicate itinerary details, comply with legal obligations, and enhance the client experience.
We do not sell personal information and share data only with trusted Suppliers or governmental authorities as necessary to fulfill services or comply with applicable Florida and U.S. laws.
